Shoulder Strength – Progressive Movement & Control

This video demonstrates a series of progressive shoulder exercises commonly discussed in clinic to support strength, control and confident movement through the shoulder. These exercises may be used as part of individual osteopathic care and are progressed gradually based on comfort and ability.
