No, we generally treat people fully clothed, sometimes we may need to see a knee or arm unclothed, or see the skin of your back. We may ask you to temporarily undress that area if that's the case, but generally it is not needed. 

Yes please it is  much easier to treat you in loose fitting clothes, think gym wear, leggings or cycling shorts. 

The first session is usually an hour long as we will need to ask some questions and history around your problem as well as your wider medical history. If the condition is very painful treatment maybe shorter. 

Follow up treatments are usually half an hour sometimes a little bit longer if needed.

Home visits are usually around an hour but exact timings vary depending on set up and the nature of the condition. 

Some people experience a mild ache similar to post exercise soreness for 24 -48 hours after treatment and general fatigue. A very small number experience more than that - I always encourage you to contact us if this is the case, with some simple exercises and/or advice this can often be resolved.

It varies depending on how long you've had something, what is involved (muscle/nerve/tendon etc) and what you want from treatment. We find it usually takes 4-6 weekly treatments for most people to experience symptomatic relief and be heading towards achieving their goals. Some people decide to come for monthly treatment once things have settled. 

Sorry but  we don't work on weekends. however, we work late on Monday and Tuesdays evenings normally to 8pm, but can be flexible on times.
